Residential building with 27500 square meters. The proposed development is a mixed use scheme, which proposes to bring this currently underutilised site back into mainstream use and create a vibrant new scheme which will act as an important component in the further regeneration of this part of the London Borough of Southwark. The scheme comprises a new 2FE Free School, a new sixth form centre for the City of London Academy (Southwark), community facilities for Bede House and 158 apartments.
